Gift Card — Send as a Gift

Your E-Lite Ride Gift Card is delivered digitally — no shipping required. After purchase, the gift card code will be sent to your email address (or the recipient's email if gifting to someone else) within minutes. Simply enter the code at checkout to redeem. Please check your spam folder if you don't see the email within 15 minutes.

1. Purchase your gift card and select your preferred denomination ($50–$500).
2. You will receive a gift card code by email shortly after purchase.
3. To redeem, add your desired products to the cart and proceed to checkout.
4. Enter your gift card code in the 'Gift card or discount code' field at checkout.
5. The gift card value will be applied to your order total automatically.
6. If your order total exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount with any accepted payment method.
7. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

1. Non-refundable & non-redeemable for cash: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded once purchased.
2. Check your balance: Visit the gift card link in your email to view your remaining balance.
3. Expiry policy: Valid for 12 months from purchase date. Expired cards cannot be extended or reissued.
4. Lost or stolen cards: E-Lite Ride is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift card codes.
5. Combinable with discount codes: Gift cards can be used together with discount codes at checkout.
6. Partial redemption: Any unused balance remains on the card for future purchases.
7. Installment payments not supported: Gift cards cannot be purchased using installment payment methods (e.g., Shop Pay Installments).

Treat your gift card code like cash. E-Lite Ride is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift card codes. Do not share your code with anyone you don't trust. If you believe your gift card has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately.
