A: E-Lite Ride is a brand established in Hong Kong. Our products are engineered and manufactured in Tianjin, China—a city renowned as the “Cradle of Bicycles” with over half a century of cycling heritage.

For US customers, we ship from our local US warehouses for fast delivery (3-7 business days). For international orders outside the US, we ship directly from our factory in China.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order in the United States?

A: We pride ourselves on fast fulfillment. Orders are processed and shipped from our US warehouse within 3 business days. You can expect to receive your order within 7 business days after shipment.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
