This is a great bike to take you to the places that you want to go. I use this for my daily commute to work and its the best way to get around the town.For the price, this is the best value for an electric bike that you can get on the market. The shocks/suspension makes the ride smoother and can definitely take anything on the road or sidewalks without losing control or speed. The building of the bike took me around an hour to build but the instructions were clear and tools were provided. It was a fun time building it and writing it was even better. This thing is fast! Top speed is 22 miles an hour and I do not think that I need any more speed. The reason for my five star rating is mostly because of their customer service. They were with me the whole way and answered every one of my questions for my shipping and handling status the fastest and most efficient way possible. I would definitely recommend this product and this seller to someone in the market for an electric bike.
