🚚 We offer FREE shipping via FedEx / USPS to the lower 48 states in the US — no tax, no hidden fees.
Costs & Destinations

We currently provide FREE shipping only to the lower 48 contiguous US states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), or Puerto Rico (PR).

We ship from our US local warehouses for fast and reliable delivery.

Shipping Time

In-Stock E-Bikes: 3–7 business days.
In-Stock Accessories & Components: 6–10 business days.

Delivery to certain remote areas may require up to 5 additional business days.

For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Our business days are Monday–Friday (excluding holidays and weekends), Eastern Time (GMT-5).

Shipping Changes

Before tracking number is issued: Address changes are free of charge. We typically provide a tracking number within 24 hours on working days.

After shipment (in-transit): If FedEx confirms a successful address change, a $20 fee will be charged.

Order cancellation after shipment: A $250 fee will be charged if the customer does not accept the package, the package is undelivered, or the package has already been delivered to the original address.

Order Tracking

If you have registered an account on our website, you can track your order and shipping information directly. If you haven't registered, you can still track your order using your order number.

Note: If your order includes accessories, they may be shipped separately.

Important Notes

Please note that our electric bikes are not for sale to individuals under the age of 18. Underage riders must be accompanied by a parent or adult when riding.

  • Shipping times may be affected by customs clearance or public holidays. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  • It can take a few days after shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. Please try again later if tracking is not yet available.
  • All estimated delivery times are approximate and based on historical data for reference only.
  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
