Q: Where is E-Lite Ride based and where do you ship from?

E-Lite Ride is a brand established in Hong Kong. Our products are engineered and manufactured in Tianjin, China — a city renowned as the "Cradle of Bicycles" with over half a century of cycling heritage.
For US customers, we ship from our local US warehouses for fast delivery (3–7 business days). For international orders outside the US, we ship directly from our factory in China.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order in the United States?

We pride ourselves on fast fulfillment. Orders are processed and shipped from our US warehouse within 3 business days. You can expect to receive your order within 7 business days after shipment.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the lower 48 states in the US. Stay tuned for international shipping — coming soon!

Q: Do you offer installment payment options?
